Refund/Cancellation Policy

clevercanines Refund & Cancellation Policy

We know sometimes things happen that prevent you from being able to take your registered class.

We also want to make sure that everyone who registers for a clevercanines program has the benefit of a properly staffed class to receive all of the instruction and support they need to be successful.

Cancellation prior to 72 hours before your session starting entitles you to a full refund.

Cancellation within 72 hours or less of your session starting means you forfeit your entire registration fee and no make-up class will be offered.

Our classes are very popular – most often selling out and collecting a waiting list of people who wish to attend each session. So when you sign up for a class, it means someone else can’t. When cancelling prior to 72 hours, we are often able to provide sufficient notice to someone on the waiting list to take your spot, and ensure our classes have appropriate resources. Cancelling within 72 hours means class will continue without you and you have given up your spot for the entire session.

We make NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.

When you register, you must accept all terms of our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Please make sure that you’re communicating with us IN ADVANCE of your class starting if your schedule changes – we’ll do our best to accommodate you in another session.

If you miss a class mid-session, talk to your instructor about opportunities to catch up. This may not always be available, but we will do our best to ensure you are moving at the same pace as your class.
