Tracie has been a Clever Canines Instructor since Spring 2005. Tracie has been involved with Clever Canines training since 2005 with her dog Niko, a Chow Chow German Shepherd cross. Most recently, Foster, an Australian Shepherd, has been part of the team since 2008. You will find Tracie instructing the 10-week group class, Jump Start, private sessions, Sheep Herding, and treadmill sessions.

Joe has been a Clever Canines Instructor since Fall 2006. Joe has been involved with Clever Canines training since 2005 with his dog Niko, a Chow Chow German Shepherd cross. Katrina has been a Clever Canines Assistant Instructor since Spring 2008. She graduated the Clever Canines core 10-week program with her Doberman Pincher, Ella, in Fall 2006, and with her Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever, Ceili, in Fall 2008. You will find Katrina assisting with the 10-week group class.

Volunteers
All Clever Canines' Volunteers are past graduates of our core 10-Week Program. This is a way for past 10-week group class graduates to "pay it forward" for all the help they received during their class.
By volunteering, our past graduates are able to really get a feel for a range of different dogs and different issues. It is also a great way to audit without the distraction of their own dog. Past volunteers have said this experience was rewarding, challenging, and really benefited them with their own dog. It is also a fresh way to get involved with other dogs, grow confidence, better understand canine body language/communication, perfect skills, add to "tools", as well as regain motivation to work with their own dog.
